1. Service Description

HireVirtualAssistant.org ("we", "us", or "our") provides virtual assistant services to help businesses and individuals with various tasks. We match clients with pre-vetted virtual assistants based on their specific needs and requirements.

2. Service Plans & Billing

We offer monthly subscription plans based on daily hours (2, 4, or 8 hours per day). Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal.

3. Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel mid-month, we'll provide a partial refund based on the actual days your virtual assistant worked. Refunds are calculated pro-rata and processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Virtual Assistant Replacement

If you're not satisfied with your virtual assistant, you can request a replacement at any time at no additional cost. We'll work to match you with a better-suited assistant as quickly as possible.

5. Termination

By You: You can terminate your subscription at any time without penalty. Simply notify us through your account dashboard or by email.

By Us: We reserve the right to terminate services with 24 hours notice if we determine that a client is not a good fit for our services. This may include but is not limited to: abusive behavior, illegal requests, or consistent violation of these terms. In such cases, you'll receive a pro-rated refund for unused days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Provide clear, legal, and ethical task instructions
  • Treat virtual assistants with respect and professionalism
  • Not request any illegal, harmful, or unethical activities
  • Not share your account access with others
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

7. Confidentiality

All virtual assistants sign non-disclosure agreements. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the service relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current month's service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Work Hours & Availability

Virtual assistants work according to the hours specified in your plan. Work hours are tracked using our monitoring software. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of any significant changes via email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
